Data controller

The entity responsible for processing the data is MOVE360 – Mobilidade e Serviços, Lda, with registered office at Bairro Morro Bento, Rua 21 de Janeiro, Dentro do Centro Rocha 21, Luanda, Angola.

Data we collect

When you submit the proposal request form, we collect:

• Name or company
• E-mail and/or phone number
• Sector, vehicle or category, quantity, period, driver preference and the request details you write
• Date and time of submission, page language and the section of the site the request was made from
• A cryptographic digest (hash) of your IP address, never the plain IP, and the browser identification (user agent), used only to prevent abuse

We do not collect payment data or special categories of data. The site does not require an account. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by the WhatsApp application under that service's privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to reply to your request, prepare the proposal and, if you go ahead, conclude and perform the contract. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request. The IP hash and the submission time are used only to prevent automated and abusive submissions.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, nor do we sell or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Where and for how long we keep it

The data is stored on the company's server in Angola and in the mailbox of the sales team that receives the requests. If you provided an e-mail, you receive a confirmation copy with the request reference.

We keep requests for 24 months after the last contact or, where a contract exists, for the period required by the legislation applicable in Angola. After that period the data is deleted.

Recipients and providers

The data is accessed only by MOVE360's sales and administrative team. The technical providers hosting the website and the e-mail service process the data on our behalf and under our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies by default. The form and the WhatsApp button work without cookies. The site only stores in your browser the page load time, to detect automated submissions, and, if a cookie notice is shown, the choice you make in it.

When enabled, audience statistics run on the company's own Matomo instance, without cookies and with IP anonymisation. If we enable audience analytics tools, they will only load after you accept in the cookie notice. The “Essential only” choice is also remembered in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

Under the legislation applicable in Angola, you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to corporate@move360.co.ao. We will reply as soon as possible and within 30 days at most.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the services change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
